  8. End User Agreement

  11. Clear Pane Consulting grants to you the right to evaluate
  12. Stikum-Up 1.01 for 30 days on a single computer. You may NOT
  13. network Stikum-Up 1.01.
  14.  
  15. Stikum-Up 1.01 is owned by Clear Pane Consulting and J. G.
  16. Valle and must be treated as any copyrighted material would
  17. be. 
  18.  
  19. Stikum-Up v1.01 is being distributed "AS IS" with no
  20. representation of warranty, expressed or implied with respect
  21. to any code or other information herein. User also agrees to
  22. assume all liability whatsoever for any use of such code
  23. or other information.
  24.  
  25. Stikum-Up is being distributed as SHAREWARE... and there is 
  26. a REGISTRATION fee of $25.00. This fee must be paid if
  27. you use Stikum-Up 1.01 for longer than the evaluation period.

  29. Stikum.zip may be freely distributed, however Stikum.zip 
  30. MUST remain unchanged if redistributed in anyway.
  31.  
  32. Keycard.exe must be on the same sub-directory as Stikum.exe
  33. and MUST not be altered in anyway or this agreement will become 
  34. NULL and VOID. If you remove keycard.exe you must remove 
  35. Stikum.exe from your computer.

  37. Use of Stikum-Up 1.01 certifies agreement to the above.

  39. Vendors, Shareware distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups
  40. see VENDBBS.TXT.
